The brief
One paragraph, written before any frame existed. A white studio, Lucia alone, ads appearing around her until the noise peaks. Then everything dies except one panel, glowing warm-gold in the black, and she says shhh.
The film is 16:9 cinema. The ads inside it stay 9:16, phones intruding on a movie.
The build sheet’s one rule: never do “the ad.” Do the next unchecked box.

Lucia
Lucia is the face in the film. Her name means light, so the light has to choose her in the end.
The rule for her stills: attach the same three references every time (hero, front plate, three-quarter), fresh from her canon, and never chain off a previous output.
Video models take no LoRA, so her identity rides on the start frame.

The shots
Six stills of Lucia in her white world. Then the census: ten 9:16 phone ads. An offer card, a UGC selfie, fashion, real estate, a car, an app screen, travel, fitness, a drop card and a taco.
One design law: the noise world has no warm light. The taco is the only warm frame, because the taco survives. All ten passed the audit.
An alternate ending with a skincare ad as the survivor was left out on purpose.

Cut to the beat
Music goes on the timeline first. Only four landmarks snap to beat markers: each ad’s arrival, the start of the run of ads, the breath in its middle, and the flip to black on the music’s dead stop. Inside the run, pictures cut faster than the beat on purpose.
In V53 the census panels land 28 or 29 frames apart.
One change from the sheet: it had her turn to the light, then shush. The cut shushes first and gives the light the last shot before the logo.
Every segment is rendered to its exact frame count, so the timeline rebuilds without typing a duration.

The grade
Match the shots, then one pass. Two worlds, on purpose: clean bright whites, deep warm blacks.
The film stocks split the same way. Lucia’s white world is prompted as Portra 400, the ads as Kodak Gold 200 or a neutral negative, the dark as CineStill 800T.
