Terms &refunds.

Luziq is a studio that makes ads, short films, websites and AI systems. “We” and “us” means Luziq; “you” means the person or business buying from us.

These terms apply to every order. Where a written quote says something different, the quote wins for that project.

Packages

Paid in full, up front, by card through Stripe.

ALWAYS-ON

Billed monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe.

Websites, films and AI systems

Paid as their written quote says, including any deposit. The quote governs.

Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. See our privacy policy.

Each package’s delivery time is listed above: 5, 7 or 10 business days, or a 72-hour turnaround per video on ALWAYS-ON. Rush gets a single video to you in under 72 hours.

The clock starts once we have your payment and your four answers: the product link, the photos, the one thing you want it to say, and anything that’s off-limits. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

We send the finished files to you by email or Instagram DM, as a download link.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the delivered cut. Send every change for that round together; we make them and send the new cut back.

A change of concept after delivery, such as a different product, a different message or a different idea, is new work, and we quote it separately. One exception: if the first cut misses the mark entirely, you get a full re-concept, once, at no charge.

Before production starts

Cancel and you get a full refund.

After production starts

The order can’t be cancelled for a refund. We finish and deliver the first cut, and the rule below applies.

After the first cut is delivered

No cash refunds. You get your included revision rounds instead, and the one re-concept if the first cut misses the mark entirely.

If we’re late

If we deliver 5 or more business days after the stated delivery time, you can ask for a full refund of that order and you’ll get it. On ALWAYS-ON, that means the fee for the month the late video was due in.

Websites, films and AI systems

The deposit and refund terms in the written quote apply.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancel any time, no contract: email hello@luziq.ai or send us a DM. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. You get that month’s videos, and there’s no refund for part of a month.

Once you’ve paid, you can run the delivered videos as paid ads and post them organically, anywhere, forever. No usage fees, no re-licensing, no expiry.

We may show the work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to. White-label work, delivered under your brand for your own client, is never shown.

Project files stay with us unless you buy the raw project files add-on.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: photos, logos, music, product information and anything else.

We don’t use a real person’s likeness or voice without that person’s consent.

We use AI tools in production. A person reviews every delivery before it reaches you.

Email hello@luziq.ai first. We reply within 2 business days, and we’ll try to put it right before anything else happens.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and an order follows the terms that were up when you paid.
