Websites for group homes in Virginia.

A real website, email on your own domain, and an admin you can actually use.

Residential group homes, ID/DD waiver providers, assisted living, day support and community engagement programs — Richmond, Chesterfield County, anywhere in Virginia.

One is live: beyonvital.com, a residential group home in North Chesterfield.

01 What’s in it

Five things, not a brochure.

A website on its own is a business card. This is the website plus the parts that make it do something after it goes up.

A website
Your home, your services, your rooms, your requirements, and a contact form that reaches a person. Written from what you actually do, in your own words, on your own pages — not a residential group home website design template with your name dropped into it.
Email on your own domain
hello@yourhome.com, not a free mailbox with your name and four digits after it. The domain is registered in your name, and it stays that way whether or not you keep working with us.
An admin you can actually use
Enquiries land in one list with notes, a status and an archive. A mailbox you read and reply from. Announcements you post yourself. A newsletter list people opt into twice, so it stays clean. No ticket to us to change a sentence.
Emails that land in the inbox
The sending domain is signed before a single message goes out, and bounces and complaints come back to the admin instead of disappearing. That is the difference between the inbox and the spam folder, and it is set up once, properly.
A flyer you can print, and count
A print-ready PDF and a QR code that carries its own tag. When someone scans it off a noticeboard at a hospital or a case manager’s office, the admin shows it as a visit from the flyer — not as one more anonymous hit.

02 Your photos

What you send. What goes up.

Nobody is hiring an architectural photographer for this. You walk the house with your phone and send what you get. We correct the lean, the exposure and the colour cast, and send back the same room.

The Beyon Vital living room photographed on a phone: the walls lean inward, the floor fills the lower half of the frame and the picture is dim.
sent from a phone
The same living room on beyonvital.com: the same sectional, TV, brick column and kitchen pass-through, now level, evenly lit and colour-corrected.
on the site
The front of the house photographed on a phone: shot from low down and off to one side, so the brickwork keystones and the lawn takes most of the frame.
sent from a phone
The same house on beyonvital.com: the same siding, burgundy shutters, brick, storm door, house number, shrubs and picket fence, shot square on with the verticals straight.
on the site

Same furniture, same floor, same fence, same lawn. Nothing is added, removed, upgraded or tidied — look at the clover and the fallen leaves in both frames. A family is going to tour this house, so the photo has to be the house. Where a correction would have changed the room, we ship the phone photo.

03 Live work

Beyon Vital, North Chesterfield.

A residential group home and a community engagement program. The site carries its rooms, its requirements, its FAQ and its announcements, with pages for North Chesterfield, Chesterfield County and Richmond. Behind it: the admin, the mailbox on the domain, the newsletter and the flyer.

It is the only client site named on this page, because it is the only one we have built.

Every photograph above is from it, and every line in the list above is a part of it that is running today.

Pages
services, rooms, requirements, FAQ, announcements, three locations
Admin
leads, inbox, subscribers, announcements, exports
Email
on the domain, signed, replies in the admin
Print
flyer PDF, QR code tagged to the site

04 Price

Price.

TODO · Qiuva This page ships without a price on purpose. PACKAGES.md prices video and nothing else, so there is no rate-card line to quote from and nothing here is going to invent one.

Until there is one: say what you need, and you get scope and a price back before anything starts.

05 Questions

Before you ask.

How long does it take?

A date is agreed in the brief before anything starts, and that date is the one we work to.

What moves it is almost never the build. It is how fast we get three things back from you: the photos, your services described in your own words, and access to your domain name. Providers who send those in the first week get a short project.

Do I need a domain already?

No. If you have one we use it, and you keep owning it.

If you do not, we help you pick one and register it in your name, not ours. Same for the email on it. You can walk away with both.

Can I update it myself?

The parts that change, yes, and without asking us.

Announcements, the newsletter, replies to enquiries and your inbox all live in the admin and are yours. Structural work, a new service page or a new set of photos, comes back to us.

What about my Medicaid and waiver information?

It goes up the way you give it to us, and no further.

We do not write eligibility rules, licence numbers, waiver names or form numbers from memory, from another provider’s website, or from anything we cannot open and read. If you cannot point us at the source, it does not go on the page. That rule exists because a form number that nobody checked once shipped on a site and stayed there for about a year.

What happens to my Facebook page?

Nothing. Keep it.

It is where your existing referrals already look for you, so it stays exactly where it is. The site becomes the place you send people to from it, and from the flyer, and it is the one you own. Facebook can close your page. It cannot close your domain.

Send photos. Get a website.

Start a website

No call, no form to chase. It opens a DM to @_1walk, and a person answers it. If you would rather see the rest of what the studio does first, that is the services page.
