Websites for Georgia care homes.
Your home’s website, in Georgia’s own words, for $300 flat.
Georgia licenses small homes under names families and case managers already use. Below: those names with links to the rules, what to put on your site, and what we make for you.
The names
Georgia’s Department of Community Health (DCH) licenses the homes on this page, through its Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. Each kind is below in a sentence, with the rule or the DCH page it comes from.
- Personal Care Home
Housing, meals and at least one personal service for two or more adults who aren’t related to the owner.
Agency Department of Community Health (DCH), Healthcare Facility Regulation Division
Read the rule Rule 111-8-62 DCH: personal care homes
- Community Living Arrangement (CLA)
A home for two or more adults whose residential services are funded through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). The rule caps licensed capacity at six, with listed exceptions.
Agency DCH licenses it; DBHDD funds the residential services
Read the rule Rule 290-9-37 DCH: personal care homes
- Assisted Living Community
A personal care home serving 25 residents or more, licensed to give assisted living care.

Checked against each linked page on 1 October 2026. This is a plain summary, not legal advice: the rule itself, or the agency, has the final word.
Your site
- Say which kind of home you are, in Georgia’s words. A family looking for a personal care home near them and a support coordinator looking for a community living arrangement want different things. Use the name on your licence the way the state writes it (see DCH’s personal care home page).
- Say who you serve and how many. Two residents or twenty-four, men or women, older or younger adults: put it near the top, so a case manager can tell quickly whether to call.
- If your residents’ services are funded through DBHDD, say so. That funding is what makes a home a community living arrangement under rule 290-9-37, and it’s what a DBHDD support coordinator needs to see.
- Show the real house. Photos of your actual rooms, taken on your phone and corrected by us: same furniture, same floor, nothing added. A family is going to tour it.
- Make the phone the easy part. A number that gets answered, or a voicemail that says when you’ll call back, and a tour form for evenings and weekends.
- Your licence, as issued. Want it on the page? Send a photo of it and it goes up exactly as written. We don’t type licence numbers or rules from memory.
