luziq.ai is run by Luziq, a studio that makes ads, short films, websites and AI systems. “We” and “us” on this page means Luziq.

Browsing this site

Nothing we look at. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social tracking, and nothing is stored in your browser. The fonts, pictures and films all come from luziq.ai itself.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records technical details of each request so it can deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Forms

One box on this site sends something to us: the link box on See your ad, and it sends only the link you paste. Every “start” and “DM” button simply opens Instagram, and every “Email” link simply opens your own email app.

See your ad

When you paste a link, our server fetches that one page to find the product’s name, its description and its pictures, and sends back the name, the pictures’ addresses and three opening lines. Your browser then loads those pictures straight from the store’s own site. If the AI lines are switched on, the product’s name and description from that page are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the three lines; nothing about you goes with them. See Anthropic’s privacy policy. Otherwise the lines come from templates on our own server and the page goes nowhere else. We don’t store the link, the page or the lines: the result is held in memory for up to ten minutes so the same link isn’t fetched twice, then dropped. To stop the tool being abused, it counts requests per IP address in memory for up to a day and writes none of it down. Download draws the picture in your browser, and the SPARK link puts your product link on your clipboard, ready to paste into the DM.

When you message us

If you DM us on Instagram, we receive what you send there: your Instagram name and your messages, plus anything you choose to attach. That conversation happens on Instagram and is also covered by Instagram’s privacy policy. If you email hello@luziq.ai, we receive your email address, your name as your email app sends it, your message and any attachments. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Pitch links

Some links we send look like luziq.ai/for/?brand=… and carry a business name, a colour and sometimes a logo address. The page shows them back to you; if a logo address is in the link, your browser loads that image from where it is hosted.

Only to answer you and do the work you ask for: to reply, to scope and quote a project, to deliver it, and to keep a record of what was agreed and paid.

We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details with Stripe, and they go to Stripe: they never touch our servers and we never see your full card number.

Stripe gives us a record of the payment, such as the amount, the date and the name and email address you entered, which we keep for our accounts. Stripe’s own handling of your details is in Stripe’s privacy policy.

This site links to Instagram and to websites we have built for other businesses. Once you follow a link you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not this one.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we have to keep a record by law (for example of a payment). Email hello@luziq.ai or DM us to ask.

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, email hello@luziq.ai or DM us and we will delete them.

If what the site does changes, for example if we add analytics, an email list or a checkout, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
