Terms & refunds.

Luziq is a studio that makes ads, short films, websites and AI helpers. “We” and “us” means Luziq; “you” means the person or business buying from us.

These terms apply to every order. Where a written quote says something different, the quote wins for that project.

A website for a group home, a care provider or any other small business, at one price, with three optional monthly plans. Each plan includes the one before it. Everything in this section applies to both kinds of website.

Group-home website

$300, paid once, up front, by card through Stripe. We register the web address you pick for you, and its first year is included. It’s yours: ask any time and we move it to your own account. If you don’t have a logo, we make you one, free.

Small-business website

The same website for any other small business, at the same price: $300, paid once, up front, by card through Stripe. The same plans and every rule in this section apply.

Fast Lane plan

$20 a month, billed monthly in advance. Fast hosting for your site. Quick to open on a phone. Email on your own web address.

Full Care plan

$50 a month, billed monthly in advance. Everything in Fast Lane. Weekly Google check-up: each week we check your site shows on Google, loads fast and the forms work. Monthly SEO boost: once a month we make one real improvement, like a new page, better wording or fresh photos, and send you a short note saying what we did. Security updates, backups and broken links fixed.

Unlimited plan

$100 a month, billed monthly in advance. Everything in Full Care. Unlimited changes and additions: new pages, sections, features, a fresh look. One request at a time; most are done in a few business days.

Website and a plan together

Checkout charges the website and the plan’s first month together (for example $350 for the website with Full Care), then the plan each month after that.

Paying for the website

Paid in full, up front, by card through Stripe.

When it’s ready

Usually about 3 business days after we have your details. That is typical, not a promise.

Refund before we start

Change your mind before we start building and you get a full refund.

Refund if we’re late

If your site is more than 5 business days late after we have your details, you can ask for a full refund and you’ll get it.

After delivery

Once your site is delivered there’s no cash refund, but we fix anything we built that isn’t right.

Your logo

If you don’t have a logo, we make you one, free.

Plans

Billed monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. Cancel any time by emailing hello@luziq.ai; the plan stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for, with no refund for part of a month. On Unlimited we work on one request at a time.

Your site stays yours

A plan is optional. Your website and your domain are yours whether or not you keep a plan.

Email on your web address

Email on your own web address (one address, like hello@yourhome.com) comes with the Fast Lane plan and every plan above it, not with the website on its own. If you stop your plan, that email stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for; your web address stays yours, and we help you move the email somewhere else if you ask. The website on its own still sends your contact-form messages and newsletters for you. A website bought before 7 October 2026 keeps the email on its web address that it was sold with, with or without a plan.

Other websites, films and AI helpers

Paid as their written quote says, including any deposit. The quote governs.

Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. See our privacy policy.

Each package’s delivery time is listed above: 5, 7 or 10 business days, or a 72-hour turnaround per video on ALWAYS-ON. Rush gets a single video to you in under 72 hours.

The clock starts once we have your payment and your four answers: the product link, the photos, the one thing you want it to say, and anything that’s off-limits. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

We send the finished files to you by email or Instagram DM, as a download link.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the delivered cut. Send every change for that round together; we make them and send the new cut back.

A change of concept after delivery, such as a different product, a different message or a different idea, is new work, and we quote it separately. One exception: if the first cut misses the mark entirely, you get a full re-concept, once, at no charge.

Before production starts

Cancel and you get a full refund.

After production starts

The order can’t be cancelled for a refund. We finish and deliver the first cut, and the rule below applies.

After the first cut is delivered

No cash refunds. You get your included revision rounds instead, and the one re-concept if the first cut misses the mark entirely.

If we’re late

If we deliver 5 or more business days after the stated delivery time, you can ask for a full refund of that order and you’ll get it. On ALWAYS-ON, that means the fee for the month the late video was due in.

Other websites, films and AI helpers

The deposit and refund terms in the written quote apply.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancel any time, no contract: email hello@luziq.ai or send us a DM. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. You get that month’s videos, and there’s no refund for part of a month.

Once you’ve paid, you can run the delivered videos as paid ads and post them organically, anywhere, forever. No usage fees, no re-licensing, no expiry.

We may show the work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to. White-label work, delivered under your brand for your own client, is never shown.

Project files stay with us unless you buy the raw project files add-on.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: photos, logos, music, product information and anything else.

We don’t use a real person’s likeness or voice without that person’s consent.

We use AI tools in production. A person reviews every delivery before it reaches you.

Email hello@luziq.ai first. We reply within 2 business days, and we’ll try to put it right before anything else happens.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and an order follows the terms that were up when you paid.
