Websites · group homes & care providers

Websites for group homes.

A real website on your own web address, and an admin you can actually use.

Residential group homes, assisted living and personal care homes, adult foster and family care homes, ID/DD waiver providers, day support and community engagement programs, in any state. The whole job is done online.

Available in every state.

Start your website — $300

$300, paid once. Your domain name’s first year included. Most sites are live in about 3 business days once we have your details.

You pay on the last step, after the form. Nothing is charged until then.

Five things

A website on its own is a business card. This is the website plus the parts that make it do something after it goes up.

A website
Your home, your services, your rooms, your requirements, and a contact form that reaches a person. Written from what you actually do, in your own words, not a residential group home website design template with your name dropped into it.
Your own web address
yourhome.com, not a free page with someone else’s name in the address. The web address is yours. We register it for you, and if you ever stop working with us, we hand it over. Want email on it too, like hello@yourhome.com? That comes with a monthly plan.
An admin you can use
Enquiries in one list with notes, a status and an archive. Messages you read and reply to. Announcements you post yourself. A newsletter people opt into twice. No ticket to us to change a sentence.
Emails that land
The sending domain is signed before a single message goes out, and bounces and complaints come back to the admin. That’s the difference between the inbox and the spam folder, set up once, properly.
A flyer you can count
A print-ready PDF and a QR code that carries its own tag. When someone scans it off a noticeboard, the admin shows it as a visit from the flyer, not one more anonymous hit.

Shown

Beyon Vital’s, as it runs today. Contact details are blurred here; on theirs they are real.

01 · Their flyer, now a website

Before · made by themAfter · made by us

Beyon Vital gave us one paper flyer. We made it into their website: beyonvital.com, then /services, /requirements, /tour and /our-home, and all 16 pages.

02 · The site

Their home, their services, their rooms, on the phone a family is holding: beyonvital.com, beyonvital.com/services and beyonvital.com/our-home.

03 · The admin

Every enquiry and the mailbox in one place, with the download buttons for a spreadsheet. A new enquiry comes in, you give it its status, and Export to a spreadsheet puts them all in one sheet.

Sample data, made up for this film: Jordan Smith, Dana Whitfield, Maria Lopez and Chris Parker aren’t real, and Beyon Vital’s own admin isn’t shown. The status goes from new to contacted. The sheet’s columns are the download’s own: contact_name, status, lead_type (tour, placement, general) and page_path (/tour, /placement-inquiry, /contact).

04 · The email

An announcement, written in the admin and sent from their own domain. It lands in their inbox from Beyon Vital, beyonvital.com: “Community Engagement starts this month. Beyon Vital is now taking names for Community Engagement, a service similar to day support for individuals.”

The admin here is sample data. The email is Beyon Vital’s own, with its contact lines blurred.

05 · The flyer

Print-ready, with a QR code the admin counts as a visit from the flyer. A print-ready PDF in their own look; the link in the QR code is beyonvital.com/?utm_source=flyer, so every scan opens beyonvital.com as a visit from the flyer.

The QR code is blurred here, so a scan from this page never counts as one.

Your photos

You walk the house with your phone and send what you get. We correct the lean, the exposure and the colour cast, and send back the same room.

Same furniture, same floor, same fence. Nothing added, removed, upgraded or tidied. A family is going to tour this house, so the photo has to be the house.

The Beyon Vital living room photographed on a phone: the walls lean inward, the floor fills the lower half of the frame and the picture is dim.
Sent from a phone
The same living room on beyonvital.com: the same sectional, TV, brick column and kitchen pass-through, now level, evenly lit and colour-corrected.
On the site
The front of the house photographed on a phone: shot from low down and off to one side, so the brickwork keystones and the lawn takes most of the frame.
Sent from a phone
The same house on beyonvital.com: the same siding, burgundy shutters, brick, storm door, house number, shrubs and picket fence, shot square on with the verticals straight.

Found on Google

How we get you found on Google.

When a family or a case manager searches for a group home near them, your site should be one they find. Every site we build is set up for that from the first day, and we keep at it.

  1. A page for every search. Each service you offer and each town you serve gets its own page, so a search like “your service + your town” has a page that answers it.
  2. Written in your customers’ words. Page titles and descriptions use the words people actually type into Google, not industry talk.
  3. Labels Google reads. Behind every page we add the details Google looks for: your business name, what you do, the areas you serve, your events and your questions and answers.
  4. Sent to Google and Bing. Your site map goes to Google Search Console, and new pages are sent to Google and Bing when they go live.
  5. Google reviews in one tap. A button on your site opens your Google review box directly, so a happy customer can leave a review right away.
  6. Answers to real questions. Short, plain guides that answer what customers ask before they buy. These are the pages people find first.
  7. Fast on a phone. Photos sized for phones and pages that load quickly, because most searches happen on a phone.
  8. Fresh every week. New posts, photos and events go on the site, so Google keeps coming back. On Bond & Fifth, the owner’s Instagram posts fill the site by themselves.
  9. Ready for AI assistants. The site is easy for ChatGPT and other AI assistants to read, so they can point people to you too.
  10. Watched and fixed. We check Search Console, fix whatever Google flags, and send fixed pages back to Google.

One price

One website, one price, paid once: $300. It starts with a short form: your home’s name and a way to reach you is enough.

Your website · paid once

$300

  1. Tell us about your home. A short form. Your home’s name and a way to reach you is enough. Add photos and files, or just type it.
  2. Pay $300 on the last step. Add a monthly plan there if you want one. You pay by card, through Stripe.
  3. We build it. Most sites are live in about 3 business days once we have your details.

You pay on the last step, after the form. Nothing is charged until then.

Don’t have much ready? That’s normal.

Your home’s name and a way to reach you is enough to start. We write the words, set up the pictures and handle the rest, and your site looks just as good. Have old flyers, phone photos (as many as you like) or a logo? Send them as they are.

No photos yet? We make pictures for your site. Send your own any time and we use those.

No logo? No problem. We’ll make you one, free.

Is your name free?

Type your home’s name and see which web addresses nobody has yet. Not sure? Pick one here, or leave it to us.

    The packet

Not ready yet? Get the info packet: what you get, the monthly plans we offer, and a real group home’s site, before and after. Leave your details and it downloads right away.

We use this only to answer you. No mailing list, and we don’t email you unless you ask. See our privacy policy.

    Before you ask

    How much does it cost?

$300, paid once, for everything in the list above, with the web address’s first year included. You pay on the last step of the form. Nothing is charged until then.

Nothing is monthly unless you want it. Our monthly plans are Fast Lane at $20, Full Care at $50 and Unlimited at $100 a month, and you can add one then or any time later. Only Unlimited comes with an AI helper you text.

What do I need to send?

Your home’s name and a way to reach you is enough to start. We write the words and set up the pictures.

Have phone photos, an old flyer or a logo? Send them as they are. No photos yet? We make pictures for your site. If you need a logo, we make you one, free.

    Do I own it?

Yes. The web address is yours. We register it for you, and if you ever want it in your own account, we move it there.

The site is yours whether or not you add a plan. If you ever leave, the address goes with you, and so does any email on it.

    How long does it take?

Most sites are live in about 3 business days once we have your details.

What moves it is almost never the build. It is how fast we have your details: your home’s name, a way to reach you, and the web address you want (or ask us to pick one). Photos and anything else are optional; send them if you have them.

Will families find me on Google?

That is what we build it for. Your site gets a page for each thing you offer and each place you serve, titles in the words families type, the details Google reads, and it goes to Google the day it is live.

With Full Care we check every week that it shows on Google, loads fast and the forms work, and once a month we make one real improvement and send you a short note saying what we did. Found on Google has the whole list, and what it did for Bond & Fifth.

Do I get email on my own web address?

Yes, with a monthly plan. Email on your own web address, like hello@yourhome.com, comes with Fast Lane and every plan above it.

The website on its own still sends your contact-form messages and your newsletters for you. You don’t need a mailbox of your own for those.

Do I need a domain already?

No. If you have one we use it, and you keep owning it.

If you do not, we help you pick one and register it for you. It’s yours, not ours: ask any time and we move it to your own account. You can walk away with it any time.

    Can I update it myself?

The parts that change, yes, and without asking us.

Announcements, the newsletter and replies to enquiries all live in the admin and are yours. Structural work, a new service page or a new set of photos, comes back to us.

What about my Medicaid and waiver information?

It goes up the way you give it to us, and no further.

We do not write eligibility rules, licence numbers, waiver names or form numbers from memory, from another provider’s website, or from anything we cannot open and read. If you cannot point us at the source, it does not go on the page. That rule exists because a form number that nobody checked once shipped on a site and stayed there for about a year.

What happens to my Facebook page?

    Nothing. Keep it.

It is where your existing referrals already look for you, so it stays exactly where it is. The site becomes the place you send people to from it, and from the flyer, and it is the one you own. Facebook can close your page. It cannot close your domain.
