Group homes · question
Can you get a free website for a group home?
Yes, you can get a free website for a group home by building it yourself on a website builder’s free plan, but it sits on the builder’s own web address and you do the writing, the photos and the setup.
Here is what free gets you, what it leaves to you, and what our $300 site adds. Year-one costs side by side are in what a group home website really costs.
What free gets you
- A site on the builder’s address, with their name in it, not a .com of your own. Your own address comes with a paid plan.
- Their templates. You pick one and fill it in.
- The builder’s tools for forms and pictures, set up by you.
- Your evenings: you write it, take and fix the photos, and keep it up to date.
What it leaves to you
- The words. Who you serve, your requirements and the kind of home you are, written so a case manager can act on it.
- The photos. Phone photos of a dim room put people off. Ours are corrected from the ones you send.
- Being found. Setting the site up on Google and for ChatGPT and AI search is work too.
- The flyer. A free site doesn’t come with one. Ours comes with a flyer to match, with a QR code.
Ours, paid once
Our site is $300, paid once, with your own web address and its first year included, and nothing a month unless you choose to add a plan.
A Facebook page is free too. Keep it, but the website is the one you own and the one your flyer can point to.
What you get
The website, the flyer and the rest, for one price.
Everything in the $300
- Your own website with your services, your house, requirements, questions and answers, and contact info.
- Contact and tour forms so families can reach you any time, day or night.
- Better photos of your house, made from the ones you send us. No photos yet? We make pictures for your site.
- Your admin page to see messages, reply, post updates and send newsletters.
- Email newsletters a sign-up box on your site, and you send updates to families from your admin page.
- A flyer to match your site with a QR code, ready to print.
- A logo if you need one (free) at no extra charge.
- Set up on Google so families can find you.
- Ready for ChatGPT and AI search set up so ChatGPT and other AI assistants can read your site and point families to it.
- Web address with the first year included yours to keep.
- About 3 business days from your details to your live site, for most sites.
$300 one-time. Monthly or yearly plans, add any time: Fast Lane $20, Full Care $50 or Unlimited $100 a month, or $100, $500 or $1,000 a year paid up front ($8.33, $41.67 or $83.33 a month). We stay with you after launch.
